Jean-Louis Foulquier s'est éteint ce mardi 10 décembre 2013, à l'âge de 70 ans. Animateur emblématique de France Inter et fondateur des Francofolies de la Rochelle, il laisse la chanson française orpheline.

Kate Barry, photographe renommée et fille de la chanteuse Jane Birkin, est décédée ce mercredi en fin d'après-midi. Comme l'a révélé le site internet du quotidien Metro, elle est tombée du 4e étage d'un immeuble du XVIe arrondissement de Paris vers 18h30.  Selon nos informations, Kate Barry était seule dans l'appartement au moment des faits, la porte étant fermée de l'intérieur. D'après les enquêteurs, les premières constatations accréditent la thèse du suicide.

Demi-sœur des comédiennes Charlotte Gainsbourg et Lou Doillon, Kate Barry était également la fille de John Barry, auteur, notamment, de bandes originales dont celle James Bond et décédé en janvier 2011. Elle exposait actuellement son travail dans une galerie du centre de Paris. Elle était mère d'un enfant.

RIP to one of my favorite singers, Fergie Frederiksen!! Fergie sang on of my favorite Toto albums, Isolation, as well as with the band Le Roux on an album called All Fired Up. We traveled on many a similar path musically and I can't say enough nice things about him. I knew he battled cancer the past years and knew even recently he decided he couldnt go through the torture of chemo again. He took the brave way out and let nature take its course as we could all see his body and mind were too fragile to endure it all again. Philip Seymour Hoffman a été retrouvé mort aujourd'hui dans son appartement sans dante doute dû à une overdose. Il avait notamment joué le rôle du Juge dans le deuxième volet de Hunger Games :

Oscar-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead in his apartment on Sunday, the Wall Street Journal reports. He was 46 years old.

A law-enforcement official told the paper that the New York City Police Department is investigating and is seeking to determine the cause of death.

According to the New York Post, a friend of Hoffman's found the actor at his apartment in New York City's Greenwich Village at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. Police reportedly told the Post that Hoffman, who had been open in the past about his struggles with substance abuse, had died of an apparent drug overdose.

Hoffman won an Academy Award in 2005 for his title role in the film Capote. He most recently appeared in Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
