Pallas are about to release their acclaimed new album XXV. And to provide a taste of what’s to come, they’ve provided a bonus Track Of The Day. Check out all Tracks Of The Day here.
The veteran proggers have finally come up with a sequel to their 1984 debut The Sentinel. To be released on January 24, this one takes the story of Atlantis further, with a darker, heavier sound that will appeal not only to diehard Pallas fans, but also to those who perhaps have mistakenly written off the band as a relic from the past.
Have no doubts, Pallas are very much relevant to the new era of prog rock. It also marks the recording debut of new singer Paul Mackie. He joins guitarist Niall Matthewson, bassist Graeme Murray, keyboard player Ronnie Brown and drummer Colin Fraser. You can see them live at:
Fri. Feb 4: Aberdeen Tunnels
